To track your subscription, log in to your account and then click on “My Subscription” in the left-hand menu. There you will find:

- Your monthly payment dates
- The status of your next delivery (preparation, shipping, Colissimo tracking)
- Information about your current cycle
- Your invoice and payment history

We offer several delivery options:

Collection point: delivery within 5 to 7 working days

Standard home delivery: delivery within 5 to 7 business days

Express home delivery: delivery within 48 to 72 business hours

As part of a subscription, delivery to a collection point or standard home delivery is included.
Free delivery is also offered for any order over €59.
