DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), derived from omega-3 fatty acids found in cold-water fish oils, contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.

The gelatin used comes from scaly fish, without bovine gelatin.
