Gender Equality Index

Densmore publishes its 2026 Gender Equality Index based on the 2025 scope: incalculable.

This index is the result of the 4 indicators made mandatory under the law "For the freedom to choose one's professional future":

  • Pay gap
  • Gap in the distribution of individual raises
  • % of female employees who received a raise upon returning from maternity leave
  • Number of women and men among the 10 highest earners

Here are the results for 2025: incalculable

  • Pay gap: incalculable (Number of employees in the selected groups is less than 40% of the workforce considered for indicator calculation)
  • Gap in the distribution of individual raises: incalculable (Workforce considered for indicator calculation does not include at least 5 women and 5 men)
  • % of female employees who received a raise upon returning from maternity leave: incalculable (No returns from maternity or adoption leave during the reference period)
  • Number of women and men among the 10 highest earners: 5/10"
