By subscribing to the My Vision & Me subscription programme, I receive my food supplements every six months, with free home delivery.

Payment is made monthly: the amount is automatically and securely debited from my bank account via SEPA direct debit.

My subscription is automatically renewed every six months, with no minimum commitment period. I am only required to pay for the products that have already been delivered to me.

The importance of fatty acids

DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), derived from omega-3 fatty acids found in cold-water fish oils, contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. In advanced cases, ANSES (the French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety) recommends 500 mg of omega-3 per day.
